When Buying a Home

When buying a brand new home or building a new home make sure to research the builder and their company to find out if their company is known for practicing good or bad business ethics. You do not want the builder of your home to be one that may be prone to cutting corners, and or falsifying inspections. Doing these things could put your family at risk of all to many things that may go wrong with a home that is not properly built.

Yea the scary thing to is they could be good in one state and not the other. Its really hard to rely on those who are to do a good job and not want a bad job. I guess we learned the hard way. Welcome to new foundation, drywall, tile and water flooding in the home. They are great stories. Enjoy your DREAM HOME!!!
