Yikes Seriously....
What is that? Is that in your basement? Have you had any luck selling your house? We are still trying to buy we have made 5 offers on houses and still havent heard back from any of them...so frustrating!! Lets get together soon!! I will call you!
What is it? Cement cracking is never good I guess!
It is the porch / and then part of one of the pillers next to our third car garage. The Utah State guy said Richmond will finaly be cited since they have not fixed our home! We are in the process of returning the home to them. NEVER buy a Richmond American Home in Utah. They state has a ton of reports on them and their shading building pratices in the State of Utah.
Wow! That's too bad! I will totally remember to stear clear of Richmond! Sorry for your troubles guys!
Don't feel sorry for us! It has been a 2 year battle with them that I think we will win! So things should work out. It is a pain, but I just hope none of our family or friends buy a home built by them!
